Return and Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase. This policy explains when and how you can return items purchased on YaqouteBio.com.
1) Quick Summary
- Return request timeframe: within 7 days of delivery.
- Condition: items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- Non-returnable (hygiene/safety): opened or used personal care/cosmetic items, custom/special orders, samples, and “final sale” items.
- If damaged/wrong item: email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
- Return shipping costs: paid by the customer unless it’s our error.
- Refunds: to the original payment method after inspection.

3) How to Initiate a Return
- Email contact@yaqoutebio.com with your order number, reason, and photos (if defective/damaged).
- Wait for our Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and instructions. Returns without approval may be refused.
- Return the product within 14 days of approval, well-packaged to prevent damage. Keep the tracking number.
Return address: provided in your RMA email (do not ship before approval).
4) Refunds and Timelines
- After receiving and inspecting the item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method:
- Morocco (cash on delivery orders): refund by bank transfer (RIB required) or store credit—no cash to the courier.
- Card/PayPal orders: refunded to the same card/PayPal.
- Please allow 5 to 10 business days after inspection for processing (your bank/PayPal may take longer).
- Refunds are issued in the currency originally charged; exchange rates/bank/PayPal fees may result in slight differences that we do not cover.
5) Exchanges
- Morocco: exchanges are possible for eligible unopened items (subject to stock availability).
- International: due to customs/shipping fees, please return for a refund and place a new order.
6) Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Item
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. After verification, we will repair, replace, or refund (including reasonable return shipping costs if it was our error).
7) International Orders
We accept international orders to countries indicated during checkout. For international returns:
- You are responsible for return shipping costs and all customs duties; these are not refundable by us.
- Mark the package as “Returned Goods” according to your postal service to reduce additional fees.
8) What We Cannot Accept
- Opened/used cosmetics or personal care items;
- Items not in their original packaging;
- Items returned without RMA;
- Final sale or perishable items;
- Returns sent after the specified deadlines.
