2) Products and Information

We sell natural care products (essential oils, soaps, argan black soap, shower gels, etc.). Photos are illustrative; natural variations in color, aroma, and texture may occur.

3) Prices and Currencies

  • Prices are displayed in multiple currencies; choose yours on the Site.
  • Displayed prices may change without notice.
  • Your bank/PayPal may apply exchange rates/fees; the final amount charged in your chosen currency may vary slightly.

4) Payments

  • Morocco: Cash on Delivery (COD), bank cards, PayPal.
  • International: bank cards and PayPal only (no COD).
    Orders are confirmed when we send an order confirmation. We may refuse/cancel (e.g., due to stockout or suspected fraud) and refund if payment has been made.

5) Shipping and Delivery

  • We ship to Morocco and internationally to the countries offered at checkout.
  • Delivery estimates provided at checkout are not guaranteed.
  • It is your responsibility to provide a correct address. Risks are transferred upon scanning/confirmation of delivery.
  • International Customers: all customs duties/taxes are your responsibility.

6) Returns and Refunds (Simple Rules)

  • Request within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unopened, in original packaging.
  • Not returnable for hygiene/safety reasons: opened/used personal care items; customized items; “final sale”.
  • Incorrect/defective item upon arrival? Email us within 48 hours with photos: we will repair, replace, or refund.
  • Unless it is our error, you pay return shipping costs. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection.

7) Safety and Use

For external use only (unless otherwise specified). Perform a patch test first; discontinue use if irritation occurs. Essential oils must be diluted; avoid contact with eyes and keep out of reach of children/pets. If you are pregnant/nursing/under medical treatment, consult a professional. Site information is educational and does not constitute medical advice.

8) Promotions and Coupons

Promotional codes have their own terms (dates, minimum spend, exclusions). Only one code per order, unless otherwise specified. We may modify or withdraw promotions at any time.

9) Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned.

10) Intellectual Property and Acceptable Use

All content on the Site is owned by/licensed to Yaqoute Bio. Do not copy or misuse the Site, do not attempt unauthorized access or upload harmful code.
