We want you to love your purchase. This policy explains when and how you can return items purchased on YaqouteBio.com<\/strong>. <\/p>\n

    3) How to Initiate a Return<\/h2>\n

    1. Email contact@yaqoutebio.com<\/strong> with your order number<\/strong>, reason, and photos (if defective\/damaged).<\/li>\n
    2. Wait for our Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)<\/strong> and instructions. Returns without approval may be refused. <\/li>\n
    3. Return the product within 14 days<\/strong> of approval, well-packaged to prevent damage. Keep the tracking number. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      4) Refunds and Timelines<\/h2>\n

      • After receiving and inspecting the item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method<\/strong>:\n

        • Morocco (cash on delivery orders):<\/strong> refund by bank transfer<\/strong> (RIB required) or store credit<\/strong>\u2014no cash to the courier.<\/li>\n
        • Card\/PayPal orders:<\/strong> refunded to the same card\/PayPal.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
        • Please allow 5 to 10 business days<\/strong> after inspection for processing (your bank\/PayPal may take longer).<\/li>\n
        • Refunds are issued in the currency originally charged<\/strong>; exchange rates\/bank\/PayPal fees may result in slight differences that we do not cover.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          • Morocco:<\/strong> exchanges are possible for eligible unopened items (subject to stock availability).<\/li>\n
          • International:<\/strong> due to customs\/shipping fees, please return for a refund and place a new order.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            6) Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Item<\/h2>\n

            Contact us within 48 hours<\/strong> of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. After verification, we will repair, replace, or refund<\/strong> (including reasonable return shipping costs if it was our error). <\/p>\n

            7) International Orders<\/h2>\n

            We accept international orders to countries indicated during checkout. For international returns: <\/p>\n

            • You are responsible for return shipping costs<\/strong> and all customs duties<\/strong>; these are not refundable by us.<\/li>\n
